Andrew Scatchard

 Andrew was brought up in Harrogate and qualified as a solicitor in Leeds, where he worked at international firms Eversheds and DLA Piper.  He has since worked at a senior level in Harrogate and Wetherby.  Andrew has acted for companies and organisations of all sizes as well as for many private individuals.  He is able to assist on a wide range of matters.

Rob Minors

Rob qualified as a solicitor in London's West End where he specialised in Dispute Resolution.  Since moving back home to Yorkshire, Rob has worked in and around Harrogate.  He has been a partner and head of litigation at other local firms, and is able to advise on contentious and non-contentious matters for businesses and individuals alike.

Elizabeth Whitaker

Elizabeth, known to her friends as Liz, grew up in Wetherby, before training in Norfolk and qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. She has over 15 years’ experience advising clients in the Harrogate area. Specialising in residential conveyancing, Elizabeth works hard to keep all parties informed and deals with all aspects of the sale and purchase of residential property whether freehold or leasehold. Elizabeth is also experienced with unregistered property sales and purchases, as well as voluntary first registrations and has particular expertise in dealing with elderly clients.


Ruth Olley

Ruth qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has previously practiced in the Leeds and Harrogate area. She has extensive experience of all aspects of private client work, including Wills, tax and succession planning, trust advice, administration of estates and advising the elderly.
